Age: She looks to be in her early 20's, but apparently can pass off as a high schooler. In reality she's an angel. No canon age is given, so I'm personally guessing a little younger than hell.

Personality:
When most people hear about 'Panty Anarchy', they think... well, they think skank, slut, the least classiest person EVER, one-track-mind on sex, no motivation, immoral, vulgar, offensive, shallow, immature, selfish, and horny.

And, yes. Why yes, indeed, she is many of those things. She is many of those things a generous 90% of the time. But, is she is all of those things all the time? No, not at all.

But before that, her vices will be discussed. All in all, her vices are simplistic, mostly because she does easily slip into them, as well as not particularly care that she exhibits them. She enjoys sex, she enjoys thinking about it, she enjoys being satisfied. She will judge quickly without a second thought, often coming off as shallow (more on that later). She will result to petty remarks and insults if need be. She is not dedicated to a single sexual partner, and often changes up who she sleeps with within the very same day (or even night). She curses and speaks as if nothing in the world is sacred. She will laugh inappropriately, and will often find innuendos in benign statements.

Panty is an angel, an angel most associated with lust. Why is an angel exhibiting such immoral behavior? Simple, really. Because Heaven is freedom, and she believes she is free to be as she pleases. It is through this aspect that she values not having restrictions, that she sees no shame to behave how she does because she is doing what she enjoys. Hell, in contrast, is ruled by ~*~*RULES*~*~. Pun so intended. Anyway, the main point of that tidbit is that Panty does value freedom, acceptance of it, and what it stands for, which is why she will fight for it and actually do her job to get back to Heaven after she got kicked out. Essentially, she's a difficult woman to try to tame or impose any such restrictions upon her.

That is to say, she exhibits hedonism at its best. This philosophy is that pleasure is the highest, intrinsic good. However, pleasure in this sense is not only limited to lust of the sexual sort. It is doing something that pleases oneself-- perhaps through altruism, through dedication, through a hobby, through even helping others. If one gains pleasure from it, it reinforces her philosophy. Hence, she won't see anything wrong with expressing what she believes to be pleasurable, even if there are those who do take offense. That is not to say she doesn't have a sense of justice or restraint. Rather, Panty has her own "higher" (or what she considers to be higher) principles associated with what is good and what is pleasing, and it is as essential as that.

Back to the judging part for a bit, though-- Panty has been kicked out of Heaven for immoral behavior. Given how her lack of chastity clearly speaks to a traditional argument of sin, yet there is not active punishment even as an angel for her freely displaying her sexuality, it can be presumed that there is something else to her reason of being kicked out. Unfortunately that 'something' is still undisclosed. Who kicks others out of Heaven? Judgement. Judgement is Panty and Stocking's mother. Judgement makes the ultimate calls as to who ends up in Heaven, Hell, or who gets kicked out of heaven. So the base reason of why Panty is so quick to judge? It's in her essence that stems from big mama. Literally.

Whether or not those judgement calls are accurate is up for debate, but what can be said is that Panty's judgement extends to not only others, but situations as well. That is to say, she's quick to think and react, and more than capable of handling a situation in a swift manner.

Swift manner, not the least destructive or careful.

Her work ethic follows her whims. She's hard working... for when it comes to things she wants. She is persistent in finishing off a fight if it means getting back to catch the latest soap opera in time. She's dedicated to health if it means she'll maintain her appealing physique. Ironically, even though she is an angel she is not so moral to save the world for the sake of saving the world. She wants to combat ghosts/demons/you name it because it'll bring her closer to returning to her home in heaven. As for when she does save the world at the end of the series, it can be argued she does so because she happens to like earth and the people in it.

Panty can be quick to anger in some respects, but that anger is mostly over petty sorts of things: stolen take-out from the fridge, someone casting her the stink eye, finding a scratch on her car. That is to say, if there is an issue right in front of her that does bother her, that is when she will act angrily. Her temper is like a solitary match: it flares up when it's lit, but quickly extinguishes. In contrast, she doesn't hold long-lasting grudges. She can laugh things off easily, she can be sarcastic to combat an insult, and she can throw just as quick of an insult in return. Rest assured, she's a pro at speaking offensively and immaturely. These quips are not always thrown against people she dislikes; insults are given in indiscriminately, frequently below the belt, and even to her sister and friends.

Speaking of friendship, Panty is a loyal sister and friend, should anyone tolerate her special brand of friendship. She's adamant at protecting her sister and, by extension, she will literally swear by Heaven and its virtues (har har) to save them. She's dedicated to those she cares about. And really, she does have a softer, more sincere side to her. It's just buried under all of her spontaneous whims, bad language, and lust.

Abilities:
++ She can transform underwear into weapons!!! Pistols are her choice, obviously. The bullets she fires don't affect innocent humans if she fires point blank, but they can cause a lot of destruction and she doesn't tend to care about collateral damage. Her panty-pistols are called "Black Lace" and can harm anything spirit-related. Episodes tend to end with her finishing off some giant mass of evil souls/spritis/ghosts/whatever with a big BOOM.
++ Naturally, she's a good shot.
++ Flight. When her wings are out.
++ Super strength, defense, etc. etc. She's a goddamn angel, after all. She's been shown to take a beating, crushed, shot, cut, fall from great heights, and nothing really leaves a scratch. Everything heals fairly quickly, too.
++ Mad flying/driving skills. How are there even cars or helicopters in Heaven, we don't know. But she can drive them.
++ Great at sex, apparently. Does that count?
++ She can also do a mean strip tease. It's part of her transformation sequence. Also, she can transform all underwear into weaponry-- and I'm talking guns. Depending on the style of the underwear, they can be pistols, shot guns, cannons, and so on.
++ Singing! She can sing. And do parodies/covers.

Alignment: Elios, because she is an angel of lust. Love taken to an extreme is lust.

Holy fuck-- [ Anyone who has known Panty by now should be desensitized by the amount of profanity she incorporates into her oh so eloquent expressions. She uses such words like they're the pinnacle of fashion that won't ever be going out of style. As it is, fashion just happens to be the topic of her daily complaint as she rants into the amulet, scratching her unkempt hair frustratingly. ] From this point on, I declare a war on all of these goddamn belts.

Why? Because if someone wants to get down to business, they should not have unclasp not two, not three, but THIRTEEN FUCKING BELTS--! [ As the angel yells her face grows redder from chin to forehead, and the split ends of her long, blonde hair spontaneously catch on fire. Yes, she is that pissed off, that quickly pissed off, but that should also be no one's surprise.

If it isn't obvious by now, she speaks from recent experience. As in, it's already two in the afternoon and, yes, she's just woken up. Just a typical day in the life of Panty Anarchy. ] I'd rather just go through one fucking chastity belt than dealing with fifty [ It's fifty now, yes. ] belts, and-- [ She pauses, sniffing. ] ...What's that smell?

[ She sniffs again, apparently not making the connection. ] It kind of smell like ass... [ Yet as perplexed as she is, the new confused emotion distracts her from her anger enough to quell the fire down by a margin. She shrugs indifferently, awaiting responses. That is, she's awaiting people to agree with her. ]
